Return & Exchange Policy

• You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags.
• Sale items and final markdowns are not returnable. How to Return:

Email us at shop@seldomagain.com with your order number and reason for return. You’ll need to arrange and cover the return delivery.

Need a different size or color?

Please return your item and place a new order — we don’t offer direct exchanges.

Refund Policy

• Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Delivery charges are not refunded.
• If the item is not in its original condition, the refund may be rejected.
